Private Phone. Secret Recordings. Inside One CEO’s Relationship With a TV Anchor
Under Armour founder Kevin Plank gave television anchor Stephanie Ruhle a private phone with a special email address to communicate with him, sent her confidential financial information about the sportswear maker and enlisted her help to refute concerns about slumping sales, according to newly released court documents. Plank and Ruhle were questioned by lawyers earlier this year in connection with a shareholder lawsuit, and portions of their depositions and some of their emails were recently unsealed in court. The documents provide new insights into their close ties and her unusual role as his adviser, which The Wall Street Journal first reported in 2019.

District Court admits plea demanding 'Wazukhana' survey
Gyanvapi mosque-Kashi Vishwanath dispute in courts, Rakhi Singh, on Tuesday filed a fresh plea in a Varanasi court seeking directions to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to conduct a scientific investigation of the Wazukhana inside the mosque, excluding the claimed Shivlinga, found there. The court of the district judge has admitted the plea and set the date of hearing for September 8. Last year, the Supreme Court had directed the DM of Varanasi to ensure that the area where the purported Shivlinga had been discovered, which is the wazukhana or the ablution pond of the mosque, to be protected. Accordingly, the ongoing ASI investigation of the mosque has been approved by the courts on condition that the agency will not include in its investigation the protected area adhering to the SC order.
