The investment was made through Nazara's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nazara Dubai FZ. Founded by Parth Chadha, Nauman Mulla and Rahul Singh, Stan is an esports fan engagement startup that offers a mobile-first platform, enabling gamers to connect and support content creators with various tools.

Balaji Telefilms has made a cumulative investment of Rs 795 crore in its over-the-top (OTT) subsidiary ALT Digital Media Entertainment, the content production company said in its annual report for 2023-24.
