Many students like him have been left in limbo after consistent delays in onboarding by IT majors despite receiving offer letters two or even three years ago. After more than two years of waiting, Infosys recently conducted pre-training rounds in July and August, andissued joining dates for October and November to more than 1,000 graduates. These roles, primarily system engineering positions, will begin at the Mysore campus. “It’s a huge relief,” said Ankit Jha from Jharkhand, who had nearly lost hope after months of waiting.

Twitter Booking Extreme Platform Football Nestle social Twitter changed football. now X can do it again
Twitter — without that distinctive, pointed ouroboros nestled at the foot of each post, the one that serves as a gauge, a currency and a vector of virality. The retweet — the capacity to share, quickly and easily, a contribution that you enjoy or endorse or otherwise wish to bring to the attention of others — was the innovation that made Twitter work. It gave a niche idea its purpose, turning a curious app into a transformative social, cultural and political force and, eventually, a billionaire’s plaything. It was not, though, deliberate. Retweeting was not designed by the cadre of developers who founded Twitter. It did not exist in the early versions of the app. There was, in its first iterations, no way of amplifying the best (or, later, worst) content that emerged from the doomscroll.

Platform Food trends show social travelers bowling A look into Bengaluru’s ramen connection as #PeakBengaluru trends
Silicon Valley’ have to do with a popular Korean streetside food? Bengaluru, the tech hub of India, has been trending for some time now thanks to its unique culture. The hashtag ‘Peak Bengaluru’ trended a lot on social media, which showed techies working on their laptops while travelling and juggling office work with shopping. A fresh trend called "Deep Bengaluru" has been gaining attention across social media platforms. The movement started with just one post. On September 2, Nikhil Velpanur, at the well-known ramen joint Naru Noodle Bar, responded to severe criticism. In his defense of the restaurant he adored, Nikhil proudly identified himself as a «deep Bangalorean» and mentioned that he had savored over 1,000 bowls of ramen there. “Seeing a lot of hate towards Naru Noodle Bar and arbitrary ratings pulled out of their hats with no credible analysis or justification. I’ve eaten more than 1,000 bowls of ramen and am obsessed with Naru Noodle Bar before it even had a physical location in the courtyard,” he wrote on X.

FIVE Platform Airlines Netflix show audience rights How Netflix ‘Manifested’ maximum views for a once cancelled TV show
Netflix is infamous for cancelling many of its promising shows without a by-your-leave, the streaming giant has also given many dying shows a new lease of life. One of the best examples of a cancelled show that the OTT platform raised to overnight stardom is the American supernatural TV series ‘Manifest’. The series, which revolved around the passenger and crew of a commercial airliner that suddenly reappears after disappearing for over five years, originally premiered on the channel NBC in 2018. However, it was cancelled just after three seasons due to dwindling viewership. In June 2021, Deadline revealed that NBC had opted not to continue the drama series for a fourth season. Despite a strong start with respectable ratings when it first aired, the show's audience steadily dwindled over time, with a notable drop in viewership during its third season. However, in August 2021, Netflix acquired the rights to the series and approved a fourth season.

markets UPS Target Platform Research Experts show Ecommerce companies set to run smartphone sales show this festival season
Amazon and Flipkart, are tipped to outdo brick-and-mortar shops in wooing smartphone buyers this festive season, offering discounts and deals even the most fastidious of shoppers can't seemingly refuse. Experts believe the big guns of e-commerce will corner nearly three-fifths of the smartphone market this festive season that begins with Ganesh Chaturthi. Discounts and deals, customised through smart and targeted marketing, are aimed at offsetting the sluggish start to the year for the category that remains among the biggest discretionary purchases in India. Better pricing deals from phone makers for the online channels are expected to tilt the scales in their favour. «Overall, the split is expected to be 50:50 for the second half of the year, but online is expected to grow faster than offline during the festive season because of the ongoing tiff with retailers over preferential pricing which is going to increase during the festive season sales,» said Upasana Joshi, research manager, IDC India.
