The airline confirmed in a statement early Saturday that the flight landed safely at Frankfurt airport, where mandatory security checks are being conducted. The flight will proceed to its final destination once security agencies clear it. «Vistara flight UK17, operating from Delhi to London on October 18, 2024, received a security threat via social media. As per protocol, all relevant authorities were notified, and the pilots opted to divert the flight to Frankfurt as a precautionary measure,» an airline spokesperson said.
