10 years younger, but…: Man who followed Bryan Johnson’s anti-aging plan spills the downsides
Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint, a strict regimen designed to slow and even reverse biological ageing. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Max shared that after nearly two years on the programme, his biological age had dropped from 28 to 18. According to him, 90% of his biomarkers are now within optimal ranges. “Almost 2 years on @bryan_johnson's Blueprint: in 2023: always tired, carb-loading, night owl habits. In 2024: turned things around, focused on health & longevity. 2025: 10 YEARS YOUNGER biologically (18 vs 28) with 90% of all biomarkers in optimal ranges,” he wrote. The claim quickly gained traction, drawing curiosity and scepticism in equal measure.

Unraveling the digital arrest scams: How scammers target vulnerable pensioners
digital arrest scam operation that possessed data of 20,000 pensioners, including their banking information from various states, leaving officials astounded. A previous operation last year led authorities to discover prepared scripts containing calculated dialogues aimed at deceiving and pressuring elderly targets. Digital arrest fraudsters have become increasingly sophisticated, utilising advanced methods and extensive personal information. Their leaders, typically operating from foreign locations, leave authorities dealing primarily with lower-level operatives. Officials discovered an intricate system of deception capable of trapping vigilant people. «They seem very organised from step one. They employ scripted fraud speeches, carefully crafted to instil fear and panic, making targets more susceptible to the scammers' demands,» explained a cyber cell officer. «The scripts are scientifically tailored to exploit the target's vulnerabilities, such as their age, health or financial situation, making these speeches even more effective at extracting money and information from unsuspecting individuals.» These criminals select their targets deliberately. They utilise various methods to acquire sensitive banking information, focusing on elderly customers. Their techniques include social engineering, data breach exploitation, and collaboration with corrupt bank staff who share confidential customer information.

Chandni Chowk robbery: Suspects caught within 24 hours as police use Israeli face tracking technology
Delhi Police Wednesday arrested two men for allegedly robbing about Rs 80 lakh from a trader at gun point in Chandni Chowk two days ago. The case has been solved within 24 hours with the help of Israeli face recognition software, TOI reported. The suspects, identified as Mohammad Ali (21) and Samir (19), were arrested from Daryaganj. The entire stolen amount has been recovered from them, the police said. The two had knowledge of the movement of of angadias (hawala couriers) in the area and planned to target a large cash transfer, a senior police officer said. «On Monday, around 7.40pm, a trader, Ajamal, was returning home after collecting about Rs 80 lakh in cash. Near his residence in Haider Quli, a man stopped him at gunpoint, tried to snatch his bag and fired a shot at the ground when the victim resisted. The assailant then fled with the bag containing the cash. An FIR was registered at Lahori Gate police station and an investigation was launched,» the officer told TOI. Footage was analysed from about 500 CCTV cameras across Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Daryaganj and Lahori Gate to trace the route used by the robbers to escape. The police observed that they kept changing directions after the robbery.

JFK declassified files: Did the Trump administration expose CIA’s top-secret espionage tactics in the name of ‘transparency’?
Trump administration’s decision to declassify thousands of documents related to the assassination of John F. Kennedy was meant to bring long-awaited transparency. Instead, it may have unintentionally exposed something else—the CIA’s covert surveillance tactics and espionage strategies during the Cold War. While conspiracy theorists were hoping for definitive answers about whether assassin Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone or was part of a larger plot, the real bombshells lie in the documents detailing how the CIA spied on Soviet and Cuban embassies, recruited double agents, and tapped phone lines in foreign countries.

Railway tracks kept vacant for few hours every day for maintenance: Ashwini Vaishnaw
Ashwini Vaishnaw said in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday. Vaishnaw said maintenance of railways is different from other infrastructure like highways. He said since the tracks and wheels are made of steel and the trains are travelling at a speed of 70 to 100 km per hour, the tracks often get damaged, resulting in creation of micro fractures «If we don't repair the micro fractures regularly, there is a possibility of increased rail fractures which may lead to train accidents. That is why globally, out of 24 hours in a day, a few hours are kept for maintaining the tracks,» he said.
