Air India announced on Friday that it will restart flight operations between Delhi and Tel Aviv on May 16. Due to tensions in the Middle East, the airline temporarily halted flights to and from Tel Aviv. In a post on X, Air India said it will resume «services between Delhi and Tel Aviv with five weekly flights from 16 May, 2024'.

Shree Naman Developers' acquisition of real estate developer Radius Infra Holdings with a resolution plan that will help settle 81% of secured financial debt of the company. The financially distressed Radius Infra Holdings was admitted into the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) in May 2022. The defunct builder had admitted liabilities of about ₹1,050 crore, while the successful resolution applicant agreed to pay ₹180 crore to acquire the company. The transaction settles 17% of the total debt. Radius Infra Holdings has a prime land parcel of nearly half an acre with development potential in Mumbai's Andheri area. The land parcel is set to be developed within 36 months under the NCLT approved resolution plan.

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd on Friday said it has received tax demand of over Rs 13 crore, including interest and penalty, from the GST authority over ineligible input tax credit claim. The Deputy Commissioner (ST) STU-1 of GST, Punjagutta Division, Hyderabad, Commercial Taxes Department, Telangana, has passed an order under relevant provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and TGST Act 2017 for the FY 2018-19 to this effect. The order demanded reversal of ITC and payment of GST amounting to Rs 6,54,50,645 along with interest of Rs 5,92,20,900 and penalty of Rs 65,51,354, Aurobindo Pharma said in a regulatory filing. It claims ineligible ITC and orders reversal of ITC and demanding GST along with interest, the company added.

teenage boy was caught for allegedly sending an email to the Delhi Police headquarters saying that a bomb was planted in the outer Delhi's Nangloi area, police said on Friday. After a thorough checking in the area, the sender, who turned out to be a teenage boy, was caught. He was counselled by the police before being handed over to his parents. The Delhi Police Headquarters on Jai Singh Road in central Delhi is about 18 kilometers away from Nangloi. The PHQ in a statement said, «the sender is an immature child and therefore, in his interest and in compliance of the mandate of JJ Act, details of his identity cannot be shared.»
