On the BSE, Revathi Equip(down 33.45 per cent), Indong Tea Company L(down 18.32 per cent), Incon Engineers(down 9.97 per cent), SC Agrotech (down 9.92 per cent) and Ekam Leasing(down 9.74 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

Zomato Ltd. gained 0.76 per cent to Rs 196.9 in Friday's trade. It hit a high of Rs 200.35 and low of Rs 196.1 during the session. On the technical charts, the 200-DMA of the stock stood at Rs 128.15, while the 50-DMA was at Rs 175.04. If a stock trades above 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it usually means the immediate trend is upward. On the other hand, if the stock trades below 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it is considered a bearish trend and if trades between these averages, then it suggests the stock can go either way.

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. gained 1.37 per cent to Rs 1250.15 in Friday's trade as of 10:45AM (IST). The stock hit a high price of Rs 1255.0 and low of Rs 1234.85 during the session.

Wipro Ltd.(up 0.2 per cent) and MphasiS Ltd.(up 0.05 per cent) were among the top gainers.

Bank of Baroda(up 0.49 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 0.4 per cent), Au Small Finance Bank Ltd.(up 0.36 per cent) and ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 0.17 per cent) were among the top gainers.

Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 1.32 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 0.67 per cent), Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd.(up 0.58 per cent), Ashok Leyland Ltd.(up 0.5 per cent) and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 0.41 per cent) were among the top gainers.

Lt Gen R C Tiwari visited the border areas in Sikkim and reviewed the operational preparedness, an official release said.
