Amitabh Bachchan has been discharged from Kokilaben Hospital, Mumbai. The ‘living legend’ was admitted there, after he felt uneasy. According to a News 18 report, a blood clot was found in his leg. The ‘Kabhie Khushi, Kabhie Gham’ star had to undergo an angioplasty.
However, barely hours after he was discharged, Bachchan Sr was spotted attending an ISPL T-10 cricket match with his son Abhishek Bachchan and GOAT of Indian cricket, Sachin Tendulkar. The match took place between Majhi Mumbai (Bachchan’s team) and Tigers Of Kolkata at the Dadoji Kondadev Stadium in Thane.
After the pictures of the star at the match went viral, DNA contacted the authorities of Kokilaben Hospital. They told the news publication that as the superstar was expected to attend the match, he was discharged earlier, and there was no big procedure involved.
The video was shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani on his Instagram handle. In the video, the ‘Shahenshah’ of Bollywood can be dressed in a white jacket, absorbed in the game, while Bachchan Jr is seen chatting with Tendulkar. The video went viral on the picture and video-sharing platform gaining more than 37K likes. While some fans expressed their happiness at his recovery, some refused to believe that he was hospitalised.
On the work front, Bachchan Sr will next be seen in the fantasy action ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. The film will also feature Telugu superstar Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in lead roles.
