The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project found that most of Biden’s executive orders displayed identical autopen signatures, which indicated being computerised rather than hand signing during authority approval. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey and other key figures now doubt the validity of executive orders issued under similar circumstances.
