Spread over 10,000 sq ft, BlinkX Gen AI Lab, based in Mumbai, has a dedicated team of in-house researchers and developers who aim to drive consistent innovations to deliver personalised trading strategies, risk management, portfolio optimisation, and faster decision-making capabilities to customers.

For example, the AI-driven Hyper Personalised Nudge Engine will send personalized nudges to customers based on their behavior and channel preference — building industry-first use cases using highly processed customer data from Machine Learning models. The lab has already initiated multiple AI-driven projects focused on Customer Behavioural Models, Real-Time Analysis, Advanced-Data Infrastructure, Automated Customer Engagement, and Marketing.
