The season opens with the Wind and Serpent Hashiras on a mission that leads them to the Infinity Castle's entrance, which seals before they can enter. Meanwhile, Tanjiro recovers with Zenitsu and Inosuke by his side at the Hashira headquarters. Kagaya’s wife, Amane, alerts the Hashiras to peculiar markings appearing on the slayers. She warns of Muzan’s interest in Nezuko and initiates a training regimen for the Corps.
Episodes introduce Tanjiro's training with various Hashiras, each with a unique focus. The Water Hashira refuses involvement, but the Stone, Wind, Serpent, and Love Hashiras create individual sessions. Tanjiro trains under Tengen, the former Sound Hashira, who motivates the entire Corps to improve. The Mist Hashira teaches with an intensity that tests patience, while Tanjiro’s resourcefulness brings the team closer.
