Ecom Express's second attempt at going public, the company's board has approved the plan for a Rs 2,600 crore initial public offering.
According to the company's internal documents accessed from the Registrar of Companies, Ecom Express is considering a fresh issue of up to Rs 1,284.5 crore and an offer for sale component of up to Rs 1,315.5 crore.
ET had reported in June that the Warburg Pincus-backed third party logistics player had appointed bankers such as Kotak Capital, IIFL, Axis Capital, and UBS for its IPO.
