Activist Snehamayi Krishna, a petitioner in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) case shared the copy of PAO with PTI.
As per the 104-page order, that the «illegal allotment was done under the influence». However, it was not specifically mentioned under whose influence.
The ED claimed that Parvathi returned these 14 sites after initiation of the investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
