Q1: You’ve said that you see ADGHW as a platform for borderless partnerships. Where do you see a role for Indian healthcare providers?
Held in Abu Dhabi, with and for the world, ADGHW will bring together over 5,000 attendees, 100 exhibitors, 200 expert speakers, and 1,000 conference delegates from across the world, including representatives from India, joining us to exchange insights and address opportunities shaping the future of healthcare.
We value the contributions of our Indian partners and fully recognise their pivotal role in shaping the global healthcare landscape. India boasts a thriving healthcare sector, estimated at US$ 372 billion. As the most populous country, its commitment to healthcare is evident in its increased public health expenditure year-on-year.
India has been at the forefront of medical innovation and research, notably in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and telemedicine. Providers across the Indian healthcare and life sciences ecosystem have a clear voice to bring to this global collaboration, contributing to discussions aimed at improving healthcare delivery worldwide. We also welcome Indian research and academic counterparts to contribute to joint projects and share best practices.
Furthermore, the country's vast pool of skilled healthcare professionals can significantly contribute to global capacity building and skills exchange. Training workshops with our Indian partners can enhance the capabilities of healthcare professionals worldwide, advancing the pursuit of universal standards in healthcare quality and access.
