The Walmart heiress surpassed the L'Oréal heiress Françoise Bettencourt Meyers to become the wealthiest woman in the world, and her net worth is expected to surpass $100 billion in the near future. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Alice Walton, the retail tycoon Sam Walton's daughter, is now worth over $95 billion for the first time.
