FKA twigs cancels shows in US, Canada; blames team for visa issues
FKA twigs has announced that her scheduled shows in Chicago, New York, and Toronto — planned as part of the Eusexua US tour — have now been postponed due to visa issues. Taking to social media, the artist, whose real name is Tahliah Barnett, revealed that an error caused the necessary paperwork not being submitted within the required timeframe.
FKA twigs's shows were scheduled to take place in Chicago on March 26 and 27. The English singer was also supposed to perform in New York on May 3 and 4, and in Toronto on March 30 and 31.

In a video message shared via both Instagram and TikTok, the performer held members of her team responsible for not obtaining the visa needed for her travel to the US. «So today I was informed that production did not fill out the correct paperwork in a timely manner for us to have our visas to come to the USA and perform. So that means that by no choice of my own, I will have to pull out of my New York, Chicago and Toronto shows,» she stated.

FKA twigs reveals she’s devastated by cancellation
The Cheltenham-born performed in London on March 22 to wrap up the UK and European leg of the Eusexua tour. In her message to fans, FKA twigs also explained the reason why she would be unable to perform in Toronto as planned, saying it was due to the fact that the team was supposed to travel to Canada through the US only. She also voiced her disappointment over the development, saying she was «devastated» and «completely heartbroken» as she was looking forward to bringing Eusexua to her fans.
