Fortnite's Metallica Cup Event
Fortnite introduces the Metallica Cup as part of Fortnite Festival Season 4. Metallica joins the game with skins, cosmetics, Metallica Loot Island, Ride the Lightning guitar mythic, and several quests. Epic Games announces that players can compete in the Metallica Cup for exclusive rewards.

The Metallica Cup starts on June 18. Players with the highest points in their session for each region earn an exclusive in-game Metallica reward. Each session lasts three hours, and players can participate in up to 10 matches. Specific timing for each region is available in the «Compete» tab under Metallica Cup tournament details.
Participation Requirements
To participate in the Metallica Cup, players must meet Epic’s eligibility criteria. Then, they need to head to the Compete menu tab at their region’s scheduled three-hour window and select the Metallica Cup to start their session.
To participate in the Metallica Cup, players must be at least 13 years old, or older, depending on their country. Accounts must be level 50 or above and free of any violations. Players must also be Platinum rank or higher in Ranked Battle Royale.
Free Rewards
Top scorers in their region’s session receive the Metallica Ringer Emote. No other rewards are currently provided by Epic.
