This development follows the recent release of Bing Chat on Chrome and Safari mobile platforms. Previously restricted to Microsoft's Edge browser, Bing Chat can now be accessed on Google Chrome for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
How It Works?
- To use this feature, users simply need to visit the bing.com domain on Chrome.
- After that, a Bing Chat icon will appear at the top of the screen.
- By selecting this option, a chat interface opens.
- Here you can input prompts and engage with the AI.
While Microsoft acknowledges that Bing Chat operates optimally on its Edge browser, this move shows that the tech giant has recognised the need to reach a wider user base.
