Counting of votes for the Delhi assembly polls will take place on Saturday to decide whether the AAP comes to power for a fourth term or the BJP forms a government in the national capital after 27 years. The Congress is also looking for some gains after drawing a blank in the last two elections.
Several exit polls have given the BJP an edge over the AAP, which has been ruling in Delhi since 2015. AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj said on Thursday that the exit polls have an age of just one day, then the real results will be announced and Arvind Kejriwal will be the Chief Minister of the AAP-led government.
«If the BJP is happy with exit polls, they should make their government based on exit polls — they should make the CM and some ministers. These exit polls have an age of just one day — then the real results will be announced Arvind Kejriwal will be the CM and AAP will form the government,» Bharadwaj said.
He further claimed that the Election Commission and other constitutional institutions that once existed in the country are now clearly under the control of the government.
