ice cream manufacturer has recalled multiple products, media outlets reported quoting the Food and Drug Administration.
The decision taken by Totally Cool, Inc. of Owings Mills was owing to «possible health risk», as per the FDA. In a relief, there has been no report of illness due to these products, FDA has stated.
The recalled ice-cream products include Hershey's Ice Cream, Friendly's, Jeni's and the Frozen Farmer. NPR has reported that these products may contain fatal bacteria known as Listeria.

«Totally Cool, Inc. has ceased the production and distribution of the affected products due to FDA sampling which discovered the presence of Listeria monocytogenes,» the FDA said. «The company continues its investigation and is taking preventive actions. No other products produced by Totally Cool, Inc. are impacted by this recall.»
These products were available across the US. The company has asked the consumers to return the products and money will be refunded, as per a report on ABC news.
