Kamala Harris will become the most obnoxious US president in history. It doesn't seem like the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies Legislative Summit is the right place for the woman who aspires to be the next head of state to use profanity. However, that is precisely what transpired in May when US Vice President Kamala Harris spoke to a group of young Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.
