In 2022, Mantaj decided to leave his successful career as an account manager at Google in Dublin and return to India. His motivation was driven by two main factors: the desire to be closer to his family in Punjab and to tackle a critical issue he had observed — the widespread problem of food adulteration and the lack of regulation in India’s food supply chain.
With a strong commitment to clean and healthy eating, Mantaj wanted to ensure that his parents, and others around him, had access to safe, chemical-free, and sustainably grown food. This drove him to create a solution that would address these concerns and improve food quality for his community.
