Revenue from operations during the reporting period surged 17% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 19,571 crore.
The profit was above the ET Now poll estimate of Rs 2,316 crore and revenue too surpassed expectations compared with an estimate of Rs 18,378 crore.
The company reported an EBITDAR (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, amortisation, and rent) at Rs 5,811 crore, a growth of Rs 11% YoY.
Meanwhile, the profit before tax (PBT) declined 9% YoY to Rs 2,804 crore.
