This book recently released nationwide and is being critically acclaimed for the very honest take on Bill Gates and his works in the world of technology, along with delving deep into his personal life and behavioral traits.
Some of the employees of Bill Gates, who have worked closely with him, have gone on record to state that they were very scared of him at times because of his domineering attitude, and some of them saw him like an 'absolute monarch', according to a New York Post report.
Even some of the meetings that Bill Gates presided over felt like a king's court and he had the final say over everything that went on in the meeting proceedings. Some of the employees closely monitored Gates' behavior and approaches in these meetings and acted accordingly, so as to not anger him. A small nod or the slightest smile could mean that he had liked what was on the table and they could move along with it, and an expressionless face or a small frown could mean that he was not onboard with what was being discussed.
