Lauren Sánchez has admitted to experiencing some 'turbulence' at the beginning of the year in a candid social media post. Lauren Sánchez took to her official Instagram handle on Monday where the 55-year-old posted a selfie from inside a helicopter and shared a rather cryptic caption.
In the close-up snap, Lauren looked stunning in a beige tank top and wore a pair of Chanel sunglasses along with a blue denim baseball cap — also by the French fashion house. Sanchez, who has been engaged to billionaire Jeff Bezos since 2023—shared an inspirational message after alluding to difficulties she’s faced in recent weeks.

The mother of three was also wearing a headset and appeared to be gazing out of the aircraft's window. “Some years start with turbulence,” she wrote in a February 10 Instagram post alongside a selfie from inside a helicopter, “but that’s just the wind reminding you to spread your wings.”
The flying enthusiast—who earned her helicopter license in 2016 and has since started an aerial filming production company—continued, “Good to be back in the air…Here’s to flying farther than we ever imagined.”
