Disney+ has released the first trailer and first-look images for Marvel Television's new series, Agatha All Along. This series is a spinoff of WandaVision and focuses on Kathryn Hahn's character, Agatha Harkness. The story picks up after the events of WandaVision, where Agatha was defeated by Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen. Stripped of her magical powers, Agatha is now living as Agnes in Westview.
Plot
The series begins with Agatha Harkness in a powerless state after a goth teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. The teen, whose identity remains mysterious, seeks Agatha's help to take him on the legendary Witches' Road. This road is a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they are missing. Together, Agatha and the teen gather a desperate coven and start their journey on the Witches' Road.
Showrunner and Cast
Jac Schaeffer, the head writer for WandaVision, serves as the showrunner and directs the pilot episode of Agatha All Along. The series features a strong cast, including Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili, Debra Jo Rupp, Patti LuPone and Aubrey Plaza.
