Napoleon directed by Ridley Scott has been a success at the box office, garnering gross revenue of $200 million, being originally made for a streaming platform.

As there is a saying that with every rise, there comes a fall, the defeat of Napoleon in the end along with his dishonor, and banishment were also shown in the film.
Besides Phoenix, the film features Vanessa Kirby as Joséphine, the wife and consort of Napoleon, Tahir Rahim playing the role of Paul Barras, the politician, Ben Miles as Caulaincort, the top advisor of Napoleon, Ludivine Sangier as Madame Tallien, the socialite, Matthew Needham as Lucien, the brother of Napoleon, and Youssef Kerkour as Louis-Nicolas Davout, the commander of Napoleon.
The film's running time is 2 hours and 38 minutes in the theatres, however, it was revealed that the director's cut was for more than four hours, giving Scott a greater amount of time to focus on the dynamics of the relationship.
Napoleon and Joséphine's marriage has received more attention in the film.
Napoleon will be streaming on Apple TV+, however till then, the film can be watched on digital platforms and PVOD beginning from January 9, 2024. It can be watched online on BookMyShow, Google Movies, and YouTube
