From a distance of 1.5 million kilometers, this advanced telescope captured a series of images using the NIRCam camera. The detailed pictures unveiled faint moons within Saturn's rings that were previously unknown to us, enhancing our understanding of the planet's past and present.
The telescope's remarkable capabilities have extended beyond Saturn. Images of the Southern Ring Nebula, situated 2000 light-years away, have been obtained. This nebula consists of gas clouds surrounding a dying star alongside a secondary star.
