Olivia Colman, 49, recently opened up about being terrified of the Paparazzi while living in London. The Wonka famed actress was seen in the cover of British Vogue for the first time and shared her candid insights on being “scared” of the Paparazzi. Olivia said she had to move cities to avoid the hindrance caused in her personal life by the Paps and even her children feel unsafe.
In a recent incident Colman shared how people sneakily take her pictures. She said that once a mom from her Kid’s school was sneakily taking her photos and she could not stop her from doing it as she thinks it might make her look like a bad person. She wished to be more courageous and could stop such nuisance but she thinks that people after doing such things deny when confronted and that can harm her reputation.
Colman urged people not to do these as it hinders her privacy.
In 2022, the ‘Crown’ actress moved to South London with her family but now has to reside in Colman’s home county of Norfolk. In the interview with the fashion magazine she explained that she never disliked London, in fact was very much in love with the city.
But the Paps and random photographers made it difficult for her to live there.
Stressing on the paps’ transgressive behaviour, the actress explained how she was scared to death when two cars followed her and her kid was beside her. Colman said she was having a meltdown and was crying, the Paps were laughing at her.
Even though Colman has said the negative effect of being in the spotlight, she is extremely grateful to the roles she has been playing and the shows she was part of specially after Broadchurch, since it became popular.
