John Cena's Peacemaker series on HBO, a spin-off from James Gunn’s Suicide Squad movie, is now in development, a Dexerto report said. Here's what we know so far.
Filming and Release Date
Peacemaker Season 2 does not have a confirmed release date. Filming began on April 13, as confirmed by James Gunn on Threads. By June 13, filming was still in progress.
Gunn, while reducing his Twitter activity, keeps fans updated through Instagram and Threads. He started writing Season 2 last fall. Given Gunn’s current priority on finishing the Superman movie for a 2025 release, Peacemaker Season 2 might not debut for another year or two.
