Rob Doherty, known for creating 'Elementary,' is executive producing the series. Carl Beverly and Sarah Timberman are also executive producers. They are working under their deal with Lionsgate Television, which is the studio behind the series.
The series is a modern take on Dr. Abraham Van Helsing. Van Helsing is portrayed as a monster hunter who uses his investigative skills to solve crimes. He works alongside his ex-partner, FBI special agent Mina Harker. They tackle some of New York City’s toughest cases.
