Plot
In 'The Deliverance,' Andra Day plays Ebony Jackson, a single mother facing many challenges. She moves her family to a new home, hoping for a fresh start. However, strange occurrences soon disrupt their peace. Child Protective Services gets involved, making Ebony's situation more dire. She must now fight to keep her family together and safe from supernatural threats.

Netflix acquired the rights to 'The Deliverance' after a competitive bidding war. The film cost upwards of $65 million, with seven parties interested.
