The NSE Nifty index traded 86.5 points down at 22249.2, while BSE Sensex was down 142.56 points at 73525.4 as of 11:10AM(IST)on March 13.
In the Nifty index, ITC Ltd.(up 6.47 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd.(up 1.64 per cent), Nestle India Ltd.(up 1.63 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 1.02 per cent) and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 0.76 per cent) were among the top gainers.
