In the Nifty index, ITC Ltd.(up 6.63 per cent), Nestle India Ltd.(up 2.17 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd.(up 1.75 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 0.94 per cent) and Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 0.92 per cent) were among the top gainers.
