US President- elect Donald Trump pretty recently criticized former US President George W. Bush for not shaking Donald Trump's hand during former US President Jimmy Carter’s funeral, reported Daily Beast.
According to Daily Beast, on his War Room podcast, Steve Bannon labeled former US President George W. Bush as ‘the worst president in the history of the country’ being second only to James Buchanan and actually expressed severe disdain for ‘Bush-related’ individuals while calling them ‘bitter’ and eventually lacking class.
Steve Bannon also recounted how that how former US president George W. Bush walked past US President- elect Donald Trump without even an acknowledgment and then instead greeting former US President Barack Obama which he actually interpreted as an attempt to humiliate Donald Trump, asserted Daily Beast. Adding onto that, he also noted that while Donald Trump reportedly does not care about the snub, Steve Bannon found it eventually indicative of a broader disrespect from the George W. Bush camp.
During such times, in addition to criticizing George W. Bush, Steve Bannon also remarked on former US President Barack Obama’s perceived dismissal of Donald Trump in spite of a later friendly exchange between the two. Additionally, he also commented on former US Vice President Mike Pence's ‘weak handshake’ with US President- elect Donald Trump and noted that Karen Pence did not acknowledge him at all, noted Daily Beast.
