Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks down as market falls

ZUARIAGRO(up 2.70%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(up 0.52%), Aries Agro(up 0.15%) and Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 0.05%) were among the top gainers. Bohra Industries(down 4.94%), Paradeep Phosphates(down 2.52%), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 2.46%), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (down 2.01%), National Fertilizer(down 1.71%), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(down 1.59%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 1.59%), Madras Fertlizers(down 1.51%), Rama Phosphates(down 1.45%) and Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals(down 1.44%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 82.55 points down at 19414.75, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 273.15 points at 65512.49 at around 10:56AM. Titan Company Ltd(up 2.49%), Bharti Airtel(up 1.24%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 1.23%), SBI Life(up 0.97%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 0.23%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 0.22%), Reliance Industries(up 0.16%), Tata Consultancy(up 0.12%) and UltraTech Cement(up 0.03%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
