Stock market update: Nifty Realty index falls 1.13%

Shares of Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 1.4 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.

On the other hand, Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 2.71 per cent), Sunteck Realty Ltd.(down 2.7 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(down 2.66 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 2.08 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 1.64 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 1.13 per cent down at 985.85.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 36.1 points at 24399.4, while the BSE Sensex stood down 16.82 points at 80065.16.
