Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown slams journalists for 'bullying' her
Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown hit back at critics for questioning her appearance and looks, stating that this is not journalism. She accused critics of bullying her.
On Instagram, the 21-year-old shared a video in which she openly called out headlines of some of the articles as well as names of the reports, BBC reported.
What Millie Bobby Brown said
In the three-minute clip on the social media platform, Millie addressed something that she believes is «bigger than just me, something that affects every young woman who grows up under public scrutiny.»

Noting that it was necessary for her to speak up, Millie stated that she started off in the entertainment industry at the mere age of 10. As she «grew up in front of the world,» Millie fails to understand why for some reason, «people can’t seem to grow with me.»
«Instead, they act like I’m supposed to stay frozen in time, like I should still look the way I did on Stranger Things Season 1. And because I don’t, I’m now a target,» she stated.
