In the video posted on her Instagram, titled “What I eat in a day as a model 178 cm/50 kg,” Kseniia takes her followers through her daily meals. She begins her day with scrambled eggs, rice crackers, and cucumber slices, followed by a sweet breakfast of chocolate cereal and milk. For lunch, she eats buckwheat, turkey, bread, corn, and cucumber slices. In the afternoon, Kseniia enjoys a cappuccino and a cinnamon roll filled with apples before concluding her day with some grapes and sugar-free salted caramel ice cream.
