SFGate claims that the couple owns one last property in Los Angeles, which fans might recognize. The two paid $29 million for Tom Ford's former residence, which had five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, back in late 2022, as quoted in a report by SheKnows.
The situation becomes a little more complicated at this point because the house was listed for $33.9 million shortly after renovations. Many believed that it had been sold when it was taken off the market, but it was not! They are now listing it for $29.99 million, which is less than a million dollars more than they paid for it when they purchased it, having just removed it in August 2024.
They are obviously very eager to leave their US roots behind, as evidenced by the low price at which they are selling this enormous mansion in comparison to when they purchased and renovated it.
