Tis Hazari Court on Saturday dismissed anticipatory bail plea of Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar's in the ongoing Swati Maliwal's assault case.
Earlier today, Kumar was arested by the Delhi police from the Delhi CM's residence.
This comes after Kumar lodged a complaint with the Delhi police against Maliwal on Friday via email to the Station House Officer (SHO) of Civil Lines, accusing Swati Maliwal of physical assault, after a video purportedly showing Maliwal threatening Kumar.
Meanwhile, Maliwal has first alleged that Kumar assaulted her at Kejriwal's residence on May 13 when she had gone to meet the chief minister.

Kumar also emailed Delhi Police saying that he was ready to cooperate in the ongoing probe into Maliwal's assault claim while adding that they should also consider his complaint.
Bibhav, on Friday, lodged a counter-complaint with the police accusing Maliwal of gaining 'unauthorised entry' into the CM's Civil Lines residence and 'verbally abusing' him.
In his complaint, Kejriwal's former PA charged Maliwal with unauthorised entry, verbal abuse, and threats while also claiming the BJP's involvement in the matter.
