Ted Lasso Season 4 seems more likely than ever, as Warner Bros. TV Group has provided an encouraging update on the beloved series. Channing Dungey, Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. TV Group, recently hinted at Jason Sudeikis' interest in returning for another season.
Sudeikis, who plays the titular role, has been a central figure in the show’s success, not only as the star but also as a co-creator and head writer.
The prospect of a fourth season has always hinged on his enthusiasm to continue the story, and recent remarks suggest that he is more open to the idea than before, as mentioned in a report by Collider.
In a conversation with Variety, Dungey shared insights into ongoing discussions about the show’s future, saying, “We are in conversations about Season 4, and they are very exciting conversations, but it’s still early days. We had always been clear that there wasn’t going to be more Ted Lasso if Jason [Sudeikis] and the team weren’t feeling excited about it, and I can tell you firsthand that he’s in a place where he’s feeling really excited and feels good about it”, as quoted in a report by Collider.
