US elections are at a certain level of political uncertainty this time as there is no clear understanding as to which candidate will ultimately succeed in getting the edge over the other in the upcoming polls. Even top pollsters are not able to get a clear picture with just 2 weeks remaining for the elections to begin. Firstly the entire political scenario would come into a deadlock as soon as either of the candidates do not get a majority Hindi Electoral College. It must be noted that the Electoral College is primarily used for electing the President and Vice President of the United States rather than the national general elections. Therefore, getting a mandate of at least 270 votes out of 538 in the Electoral College is very much necessary for either of the candidates to be voted to power at the White House.
