2024 US Presidential Election begins officially, the Democratic National Convention will be held in Chicago from August 19 to August 22. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will host a vote to nominate the future candidates for the 2024 presidential election. It will be attended by local businesses, donors and people from different walks of life.
CBS Television Network will broadcast the event live, reports 'Variety'. 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert' will focus on the convention. It will also be available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.

Announcing his decision to host the DNC, Colbert said that he lived in Chicago for 11 years, and it holds a special place in his heart. He said in a statement that he was excited to broadcast from the beautiful Auditorium.
'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert' will also broadcast live the Republican National Convention taking place in Milwaukee from July 15-18 at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City. Guests for both weeks during the DNC and RNC will be announced at a later date.
'The Late Show' also broadcast live the conventions of these political parties in 2016 and 2020. It's a talk show, a production of The Late Show, Inc. and CBS Studios. It is executive produced by Colbert, Tom Purcell and Jon Stewart.
