Operation Ajay: 2 flights bring back 471 Indians from Israel

A total of four flights have been operated under Operation Ajay, which was launched by the government to facilitate the return of Indians who wish to come back from Israel, where an intense conflict is going on with militant group Hamas. Indian Army has been cashiered from service and sentenced to five years' rigorous imprisonment after being found guilty of sexual assault on a minor. In a rare case of conviction under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the court martial found him guilty in an incident that took place in January 2022. The officer was posted at a unit in Delhi when a complaint was registered against him for sexual harassment of a minor daughter of a domestic help who was residing in the servants' quarter.

Besides, it has six properties in Kolkata and five each in Delhi and Hyderabad. “The intangible on the balance sheet of IDBI Bank primarily comprises deferred tax assets of around Rs 11,520 crore,” DIPAM said. PMLA) court's order which granted custody of four arrested Vivo Group executives by the the Enforcement Directorate, the Delhi High Court (HC) dismissed a plea filed by one of the accused. Earlier this week, ED arrested four executives of Vivo including the petitioner, Guangwen Kuang alias Andrew over allegations of money laundering. The ED contested that those arrested helped in the incorporation of a mesh of 18-19 companies in India having Chinese nationals as their directors and that despite them operating in India, their data was not maintained in India, rather maintained in the servers in China.
