IPL 2025 auction: Rishabh Pant to Piyush Chawla – 10 players Punjab Kings may target
Punjab Kings (PBKS) is one such team that has boasted several big names over the years but hasn’t left a significant mark on the league. However, the beauty of sport lies in its opportunities for redemption, and with the IPL 2025 auction just days away, PBKS fans are hopeful that their team will get it right this time. Known for their bold moves in the auction, PBKS has set the stage for an exciting rebuild under the guidance of their new head coach, Australian legend Ricky Ponting. PBKS has struggled with consistency over the years, reaching the IPL final only once, in 2014. Since then, they haven’t made the playoffs and finished ninth in the last season, with just five wins in 14 matches. This year, they released all their big stars, giving them a Rs 110 crore purse and four Right-to-Match (RTM) cards, setting the stage for a potentially game-changing auction.

Air India Phuket to Delhi flight: 5 hours journey turns into a 4-day stranding for passengers; AI responds
Phuket to Delhi in five hours has turned into a four-day ordeal for many travellers aboard Air India Flight AI 377. The flight, which was scheduled to depart at 5:50 pm (local time) on November 16, had to be delayed due to technical issues and crew flight duty time restrictions. The Airbus A320 (VT-EDD) was unable to take off on its scheduled time, and after a delay of nearly 24 hours, the flight took off from Phuket at 8:44 pm the next day. However, after about 3.5 hours in the air, the aircraft had to return to Phuket due to a technical snag. As of now, around 30-35 passengers remain stranded in Phuket. In a TOI report, Air India sources confirm that plans are in place to fly these passengers back to Delhi on Wednesday, meaning they will reach their destination four days later than originally expected.

"I have not the read HC order": CM Sukhu on Himachal Bhawan attachment order
Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Tuesday said he has not yet seen the High Court's decision to attach Himachal Bhawan in Delhi but has taken information regarding it and will review the order. Speaking to reporters, Sukhu said, «I have not read the High Court order but the upfront premium is based on a policy under which when the energy policy was made in 2006, I was the main architect. We had kept a reserve price per megawatt on which the companies had bid. There was a decision made by arbitration in the matter of upfront premium...Our govt went to the High Court against the arbitration order and the government had to deposit Rs 64 crore in arbitration. I have taken information regarding the same and we will study about this type of order.» The Himachal Pradesh High Court on Monday passed an order to attach the Himachal Bhavan in Delhi's Mandi House after the Congress-led Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu government failed to clear overdue electricity bills.

Orders pile up for online platforms in Delhi NCR, but delivery staff stay away due to bad weather
Many schools have shifted classes online while offices have implemented work-from-home arrangements due to pollution. Consequently, consumers are increasingly opting for online orders to reduce the need to step outside. «Earlier, I used to deliver 30-35 orders a day, but now it's gone up to 45-50,» said a delivery partner working at Zepto. At night, deliveries take 5 to 10 minutes longer than usual because of the smog, he added.
