Beyoncé Renaissance tour: Taraji P. Henson makes shocking claims about singer's outfit
Taraji P. Henson had prepared her entire outfit for Beyoncé's Renaissance tour, but the singer unexpectedly changed her plans. During her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week, the Empire star revealed her sparkly outfit, inspired by a ninja with intricate silver chain detailing, which she had shared on Instagram. Henson pointed out that upon receiving the outfit, she found its quality to be subpar and contemplated discarding it, but ultimately decided against it. Meanwhile, a documentary chronicling Beyoncé's just-concluded 39-city Renaissance World Tour will premiere in North American theaters December 1, AMC Theaters announced last week. The film adds a second blockbuster from a music superstar to a fall slate of movies that's been slightly thinned out by the ongoing screen actors' strike.

Taylor Swift turns out to see Travis Kelce stoking romance rumors; Kansas City Chiefs play Chicago Bears
Taylor Swift's court, and she wound up bringing it to Arrowhead Stadium after all. The 12-time Grammy Award winner took advantage of an invitation from the All-Pro tight end to see the Kansas City Chiefs play the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. Swift was decked out in red and white while watching alongside Kelce's mother, Donna, from one of the glass-enclosed suites on a sun-splashed afternoon in Kansas City. She got quite a show, too. Kelce grabbed a 3-yard TD pass in the third quarter, and the reigning Super Bowl champions went on to a 41-10 win. Kelce did not speak to reporters afterward, but he was spotted leaving Arrowhead with Swift by his side. “He told me at the last minute” that Swift was coming to the game," said Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who threw for 272 yards and three scores. “Some things with Trav, he says it and you don't know if it's true or not, he says it so calmly.” Swift is on a break from her Eras Tour, which resumes Nov. 9 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Strikes against automakers spread to 38 locations in 20 states, Stellantis and GM are targeted
United Auto Workers said on Friday the union will expand its strike against major automakers by walking out of 38 General Motors and Stellantis plants in 20 states.Ford was spared additional strikes because the company has met some of the union's demands during negotiations over the past week, said UAW President Shawn Fain. The union is pointing to the companies' huge recent profits as it seeks wage increases of 36 per cent over four years. The companies have offered a little over half that amount. The UAW has other demands, including a 32-hour work week for 40 hours of pay and a restoration of traditional pension plans for newer workers. The companies say they can't afford to meet the union's demands because they need to invest profits in a costly transition from gas-powered cars to electric vehicles. The UAW's contract with the automakers expired at midnight on September 14, and workers walked out of a Ford assembly plant near Detroit, a GM factory in Wentzville, Missouri, and a Jeep plant run by Stellantis in Toledo, Ohio.
