A recently established December 4th Legal Committee, perhaps alluding to the shooting date, established the New Jersey-based fund, as quoted in a report by USA Today. Organisers on GiveSendGo have written directly to Mangione in jail to determine how he would like to use the funds. If he rejects them, the money would be donated to legal funds for other U.S. political prisoners.

quick commerce platform Blinkit has launched a standalone app Bistro, marking its foray into the 10-minute food delivery space. The service has been rolled out in a few localities of Gurugram. TikTok and ByteDance on Monday filed the emergency motion with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia pending a review by the US Supreme Court. They warned that without court action the law will «shut down TikTok — one of the nation's most popular speech platforms — for its more than 170 million domestic monthly users.» The Justice Department said the court should not delay the law's effective date arguing «continued Chinese control of the TikTok application poses a continuing threat to national security.»
