Congress attacks Modi govt over 'unfulfilled' commitments to people of Rajasthan
Congress on Tuesday alleged that the Modi government has many «unfulfilled commitments» to the people of Rajasthan, as the party attacked it over issues such as the ERCP project, «anti-Dalit atrocities» and lack of opportunities for the youth of the state. Ahead of the Rajasthan rally of Modi, Ramesh said as the prime minister visits the state, the Congress hopes that he will take this opportunity to address his many unfulfilled commitments to the people of Rajasthan. «On 7th July, 2018 and 6th October, 2018, PM Modi had promised to the people of Rajasthan that the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP) will be given national project status. This was crucial because 90% of funding for national projects comes from the Centre,» he said. After the Congress came to power in 2018, then-Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot wrote to the PM on six occasions, requesting him to fulfil his promise so that this essential infrastructure project could commence, he said.

Manav Chopra, Director- Technical Analyst, Nuvama Institutional Equities, says in general, Nuvama likes metals, defence, power and mid-tier PSU banks. That is how they have selected the stocks within this space. Further, he says usually, markets do not remain oversold for a longer period of time in an ongoing bull market. That is what has been witnessed recently in the midcaps and smallcaps. After the kind of reversals that was witnessed in the broader spaces, a lot of frontline names have not only seen a good rebound rally, but a few sectors within the midcaps and the smallcaps have also extended their gains and reached all-time highs.

OpenAI removes Sam Altman's ownership of its Startup Fund
OpenAI has changed the governance structure of its venture capital fund that backs AI startups, so its high profile chief executive Sam Altman no longer owns or controls the fund, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The change, documented in the March 29 filing, came after Altman's ownership of the OpenAI Startup Fund raised eyebrows for its unusual structure--while being marketed similar to a corporate venture arm, the fund was raised by Altman from outside limited partners and he made investment decisions. OpenAI has said Altman does not have financial interest in the fund despite the ownership.
