Kanpur (UP): Elaborate security arrangements have been made for the India-Bangladesh second Test match to be played at the International Green Park stadium here scheduled from September 27, a senior official said on Tuesday. The National Policy on Biofuels mentions rotten potatoes in the list of feedstocks for ethanol. «Potatoes are also considered a viable alternative due to the significant amount of waste that can be repurposed.
